She included in an attachment a list of all the lab's Tier1s employees (or considered as such) with their date of hiring, classification and hourly pay rate.
For those of you who are Lionbridge Tier1s who have not contacted the union and would be interested to receive this document, send us an e-mail with your name: we'll send you the confidentiality agreement for you to approve and then email you this document.

Hi Philippe,
Thank you for contacting me. I am currently gathering the information and have attached a preliminary report for item #1. Please note that in our systems, we do not track the languages employees speak. I will work with Brent to get a list that he has based on the project needs, but some employees may speak other languages that have not been needed for this project and therefore we would not have that information. I hope to have the remainder of the information by Friday, October 24, 2014. In some cases, we have switched systems (i.e. timesheets) and it is taking a bit longer to get that information.
Also, I have checked with the team that will be part of the Lionbridge Bargaining team and we are not able to meet on October 24th. The first date we are available is Thursday, November 13thfrom 3:30-5:30pm. We will be proposing an alternate location and I will get back to you early next week with this proposal.
