Not everybody is in the exact same situation so we would like to hear from each of you individually about your quantified wishes for salary raises, and various benefits: how many paid leave days, how many paid legal holidays, how many paid sick days, how many paid parental leave days or if they were all bundled together (except for the legal holidays) how many paid time off days. Tell us also about any other issue/change you are concerned about.
