Email/letter sent to former Tier1s about the settlement

See the email/letter below, sent on April 19.

Dear All,

We signed the settlement agreement with Lionbridge on March 26 and withdrew the charges that we had filed with the NLRB against them and Microsoft on April 18.

Therefore Lionbridge should send each of you a check in the coming days/weeks and I would appreciate if you could email me once you have received it so we can verify the payments are made.

I would also appreciate if you could briefly tell what your present situation is, if you found a job after you left Lionbridge or not, if it is better or not.

Feel free to share any other comment about the the whole story.

I hope you are all well

Take good care

PS: I forgot to say that on April 13, 2017, after we had signed the settlement agreement, the NLRB in DC denied Lionbridge and Microsoft their petition to block the investigation. Unfortunately this decision took place too late and this investigation will not take place as we withdrew the charges, as agreed in the settlement. For those of you still employed in tech and eventually interested in organizing or defending your rights, as it does not look TWA is going to continue to exist for very long,  there is a new organization called the Tech Workers Coalition, that is also present in our area.

PPS: if your address has changed since you left Lionbridge and you did not inform us, give us your new address so you can get the check.
